Packaging production manager deals Downtown 3BD
David and Katherine Leigh Coronado acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 10110 Jockey Club Drive in Downtown Houston from Samuel E. Frame and his wife, Mary, on Feb. 22
The Frames acquired the house in Sept. 2007. The 2,540-square-foot house in the Steeplechase subdivision was built in 1984. It is valued at $140,675.
Mr. Frame works as a production manager at Graham Packaging, a designer, seller and manufacturer of custom blow-molded plastic containers.
He holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 96 home sales in Downtown during the past 12 months.
