Energy company director dishes West Houston 5BD
Brian E. Lavielle and his wife, Kristen, transferred a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 12402 Santiago Cove Lane in West Houston to Carey and Roland Rivera on Feb. 18.
The Lavielles bought the property in June 2008. The 3,494-square-foot house was built in 2003 and is valued at $361,100.
Mr. Lavielle is the director of structuring at Calpine Corporation, an independent power producer. He has been with the company since 2007. Prior to that, he was a risk management consultant at The Structure Group. He also worked at Duke Energy Corporation.
He holds a B.S. in economics from the University of California-Davis and an M.B.A. from Texas A&M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,593 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
