Joaquin Altenberg and Alison Weisman transferred a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 18830 Bonners Park Circle in Katy to Fernando Carrillo on March 1.

The 1,467-square-foot house was built in the Brenwood subdivision. It is valued at $84,679.

Mr. Altenberg is a managing partner at Vert Investment Group. Prior to that, he was a managing director at Element Markets and a senior associate at Lazard Technology Partners.

He attended Harvard Business School and the University of Texas at Austin.
