Water utility president deals Northwest Houston 3BD home
Simon Sequeira transferred a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 16406 Dawnblush Court in Northwest Houston to Christopher David Rainwater and Tamara Giroux Rainwater on March 22.
The 2,884-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Copper Village subdivision. It is valued at $205,034.
Mr. Sequeira is the president of Quadvest, a waste water utility company.
He attended the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,244 home sales in Northwest Houston during the past 12 months.
