Imam Athar and his wife, Ayesha, acquired a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 12118 Indigo Cove Lane in West Houston from James and Ruby H. Toung on March 24.
The 3,989-square-foot house is located in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision. It is valued at $421,649.
Mr. Athar works as a rig manager at Transocean, the world's largest offshore drilling company. Prior to this, he worked with Schlumberger, a leading supplier of technology, integrated project management and information solutions.
He attended the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,394 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
