Raymond F. Plachta and his wife, Barbara, have listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 16030 Comal Bend Lane in Cypress for $415,000.

The Plachtas acquired the property in Nov. 2007. The 3,363-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Rock Creek subdivision.Eric Cuevas of RE/MAX of Texas is the listing agent for the home.

Mr. Plachta is a president of shop operations at Wood Group, an international energy services company. He previously served with Cameron Compression as a vice president of operations. Prior to Cameron, he worked with General Electric.
