Real estate firm president trades Cypress 3BD

Ryan H. Harrington and Jennifer L. Hulbert acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 14439 Meadow Estates Lane in Cypress from Kenneth Willumsen on June 16.

Willumsen acquired the home in the Cypress Mill Estates subdivision in Feb. 2011 from Grace Evans. The 2,604-square-foot house was built in 1999 and is valued at $182,173.

Mr. Willumsen is the president of KW Ventures, Inc., a real estate services company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,433 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
