Mr. Warren is a technical support engineer at StrongMail Systems, a provider of online marketing solutions for email and social media. He previously served as a client support specialist at Silverpop. Prior to joining Silverpop, he worked as an application support specialist at Speartek.
He has a B.S. in information sciences and technology from Pennsylvania State University.
