Engineering manager deals 4BD in Northwest Houston

Jerrold Crowder, Rhonda Bates-Crowder and Vivian Lane transferred a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11903 Wortham Landing Drive in Northwest Houston to Alfonso Reyes on Aug. 25.

The Crowders acquired the property in Nov. 2001. The 2,777-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Wortham Landing subdivision. It is valued at $162,803.

Mr. Crowder is manager of project controls at WorleyParsons, a provider of engineering, procurement and construction management services. Prior to joining WorleyParsons, he served as project controls manager with Upstream Engineering LLC and Jacobs Engineering Group. He was a project controls engineer at Bechtel.

He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Prairie View A&M University in Texas.
