Catherine Maestri and Richard Maestri transferred a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 10418 Falling River Drive in Northwest Houston to Oscar and Darlene Hernandez on Aug. 26.

The 3,120-square-foot home in the Canyon Lakes Village subdivision was built in 2002. It is valued at $158,695.

Ms. Maestri is a fifth grade teacher at Rennell Elementary School in Houston. She previously taught fifth grade language arts, reading and social studies at Postma Elementary. She has also served as the ARIP teacher at Postma and Horne Elementary.

She holds a B.S. in elementary education and a master's degree in reading education from the State University of New York at Oswego.
