Engineering exec sells Northwest Houston 3BD

Raymond L. Portlock transferred a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 9402 Vander Rock Drive in Northwest Houston to Dorothy L. Eckstein and Roger A. Eckstein on Aug. 29.

Portlock acquired the property in October 2007. The 1,762-square-foot house in the Canyon Lakes at Stonegate subdivision was built in 2007. It is valued at $142,974.

Mr. Portlock is the vice president at Bechtel, an engineering, construction and project management company.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 755 home sales in Northwest Houston during the past 12 months.
