Graphics firm director nabs Copperfield 3BD

Paul A. Staudacher acquired a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 8607 Spruce Mill Drive in Copperfield from Jas Family Limited Partnership 4 Ltd. on Aug. 29.

The 1,464-square-foot house in the Copperfield Northmead Village subdivision was built in 1983 and is valued at $90,000.

Mr. Staudacher is the director of business development at Mentor Graphics. Previously, he served as a president at Embedded Alley.

He attended Youngstown State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 252 home sales in Copperfield during the past 12 months.
