Katherine Kay McNeal and Thomas Alan McNeal transferred a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 15242 Shapiro Springs Lane in Northwest Houston to Stacia E. Gill and Dalton M. Gill on Aug. 29.

Ms. McNeal is a certified AFAA Group fitness trainer. She is a franchise owner of Baby Boot Camp-Clear Lake, a prenatal and postnatal fitness class program.
She attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
