Alexandre L. Delannoy and Leilani Delannoy acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 12103 Glenway Drive in Northwest Houston from Carla E. Kennedy and David E. Kennedy on Sept. 14.

The 3,181-square-foot house was built in 1977 in the Lakewood Forest subdivision. It is valued at $190,983.

Mr. Delannoy is a sales representative at SDMO Industries, a power generation designer and manufacturer firm. Prior to that, he was a sales route manager at The Schwan Food Company.
