Katherine James and Kristi Rustin transferred a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 8902 Landwood Drive in Greater Inwood to Deanna Sanchez on Sept. 12.

The 1,470-square-foot home was built in 1972 in the Woodland Trails subdivision. It is valued at $100,650.

Ms. Rustin is a sales manager for social catering at Double Tree Hotel by Hilton in Dallas. She previously was a catering sales manager and event planner at At Your Service Catering and Event Planning. Prior to that, she served as a catering and events director at Northwood Club.

She attended the George Leonard School of Real Estate.
