Stephanie Schmadeke and Tom Schmadeke transferred a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 12939 Tall Spruce Drive in Cypress to Bradley W. Cooper and Nora C. Cooper on Nov. 21.

The Schmadekes acquired the property in Nov. 2002. The 1,983-square-foot house was built in 2002 in Cole's Crossing and is valued at $168,000.

Ms. Schmadeke is a speech language pathologist and serves as a program director at HARC Houston Aphasia Recovery Center. She previously was a contract speech language pathologist at CY Fair Independent School District and a research speech pathologist at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

She received her master's degree in speech language pathology and a B.A. in communicative disorders from the University of Northern Iowa.
