Idris B. Makhdoomi and Hina J. Khalid acquired a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 294 Litchfield Lane in West Houston from Brookfield Global Relocation Services LLC on Nov. 23.
The 3,232-square-foot house was built in 1983 in the Deerfield Village subdivision. It is valued at $204,485.
Makhdoomi is an SAP finance and controlling specialist at Hewitt-Packard. He was a former SAP FICO consultant with Estee Lauder.
He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Anna University in India and a master's degree in management of information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,896 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
