Internist relists 6BD home in West Houston

Rodolfo G. Giraldi has relisted a six-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 5906 E. Solano Bay Lane in West Houston for $1.18 million.

Giraldi originally listed the home with Champions Real Estate for $1.3 million on Sept. 25. He relisted it at the existing price on Nov. 23. Anne Bielstein of Martha Turner Properties is the current listing agent.

The 6,778-square-foot house was built in 2005 and is valued at $1.1 million. It is part of the South Mitchell Manors subdivision.

Giraldi practices internal medicine and is affiliated with the Bellaire Medical Center in Temple.

He obtained his medical degree from the University of Guadalajara School of Medicine in Mexico.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,826 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
