Stefani Twyford and Loren Twyford acquired a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 15310 Quiet Creek Drive in Copperfield from Greenlet Property LLC on Dec. 1.
The 1,828-square-foot house in the Copperfield Middlegate Village subdivision was built in 1980. It is valued at $133,633.
Stefani Twyford, a video biographer in Houston, is the owner of Legacy Multimedia, a video tribute company.
She holds a degree in fashion design from the Pacific Fashion Institute and a degree in psychology and social work from the University of Wyoming.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 265 home sales in Copperfield during the past 12 months.
