Glenn J. Chiasson and Jennifer Chiasson transferred a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 6014 Mesa Brook Lane in West Houston to Kenneth Madsen and Anne Munch Madsen on Dec. 1.

The 4,349-square-foot home in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision was built in 2003. It is valued at $468,447.

Glenn Chiasson is the president of drilling systems at Cameron International Corporation, a provider of pressure control, processing, flow control and compression systems.
