Environmental engineer trades 4BD in North Houston
Dena M. Louderback and Truman E. Louderback transferred a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 9302 Stone Porch Lane in North Houston to Daniel J. Kopesky on Dec. 2.
The Louderbacks acquired the property in April 1998. The 3,283-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Stonebridge Village subdivision. It is valued at $220,000.
Truman Louderback serves as an environmental division manager at Aviles Engineering Corp.
He holds a B.S. in biological sciences from Colorado State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,902 home sales in North Houston during the past 12 months.
