Harald Walter Langer and Erica Najera Ortiz transferred a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 21031 Narrow Gate Drive in Northwest Houston to Carlos Montemayor and Krystal M. Montemayor on Dec. 2.

Langer is a senior control systems engineer at S&B Engineers and Constructors, an engineering, procurement and construction company. Prior to this, he served as a vice president and project engineer at Petronik Automation, Inc.
