Armando Rebello and Regina Lima Rebello acquired a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 13422 Layton Castle Lane in Cypress from Grant D. Roscoe and Melissa A. Roscoe on Dec. 1.
The 3,452-square-foot house was built in 1998 in Cole's Crossing. It is valued at $258,000.
Armando Rebello is a project manager at Stress Engineering Services Inc.
He earned his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Fluminense Federal University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,834 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
