Batlle bought the property in August 2004. The 3,011-square-foot home in the Lakes on Eldridge North subdivision was built in 2000. It is valued at $301,562.
Batlle is a senior vice president of business development at BBVA Bancomer, a financial institution. He previously worked as a financial products manager at Mercury Bank and as a credit analyst at American Express.
He has an M.B.A. in finance from Comillas Pontifical University.
