Devin Kopp acquired a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 7606 North Linpar Court in Fairbanks/Northwest Crossing from Pavla Melicharova on Dec. 9.

Melicharova acquired the home in the Enclave by Texas Casador subdivision in July 2003 from Ballater Ltd. The 2,505-square-foot house was built in 2002. It is valued at $172,606.

Melicharova is a global mobility leader at Statoil, an oil and energy company. She previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a manager.

She attended Northwood University.
