Orathai Sanongkun bought a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 12719 Wilbury Park in Houston-West Houston from Cartus Financial Corp. on March 12.
The 2,916-square-foot house, built in 1995, is in West Houston. It is part of the Lakes on Eldridge subdivision.
Sanongkun is an intouch team lead at Schlumberger Information Solutions, a software, IT infrastructure and information management provider.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,930 home sales in Houston-West Houston during the past 12 months.
