Research center founder buys 3BD home in North Houston

J. Virgil Waggoner and June M. Waggoner bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 14655 Champion Forest Drive in North Houston from Frances E. Stetson and Jerry W. Vlasak on March 23.
The 3,008-square-foot townhome, Unit 1801, is part of the Timber Top condominium development, built in 1983.
Virgil Waggoner is the founder of the Waggoner Center for Alcohol and Addiction Research. He is also the president and CEO of JVW Investments LTD.
Stetson is the president of Stetson and Associates Inc., an educational consulting firm.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 72 home sales in North Houston during the past 12 months.
