HVAC technician buys 3BD home in West Houston
Julio De La Cerda and Claudia E. De La Cerda bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 6807 Loch Bruceray Drive in West Houston from Isabel Bustamante, Cristina Gonzalez, Cristina Juarez, Pablo Juarez and Ana Isabel Solis on March 23.
The 1,584-square-foot house, built in 1993, is in West Houston in the Northglen subdivision.
Julio De La Cerda is an HVAC technician at Kellogg Brown & Root, an engineering, construction and private military contracting company.
He attended Universidad Autonoma De Nuevo Leon in Monterrey.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,979 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
