Kathleen J. Illing and Gregory E. Illing bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 18435 Water Scene Trail in Cypress from Jason L. Brady on March 29.
Brady bought the property in February 2012. The 2,263-square-foot home, built in 2004, is in the Villages of Cypress Lakes subdivision.
Kathleen Illing is a second-grade math and science teacher at Gleason Elementary School in Houston.
She is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,918 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
