Architect sells 3BD home in West Houston
Taylor True Dueker, Lisa Sue Pierce and the estate of Stanley Taylor Dueker sold a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 5442 Lake Place Drive in West Houston to Barbara Rogers on March 29.
The 2,918-square-foot house, built in 1996, is in the Lakes on Eldridge subdivision.
Taylor Dueker is an architect and the principal of Taylor Dueker Architect PLLC. Previously, he was the president of the American Institute of Architects in Austin and the vice president, project manager and managing principal of HDR Architecture Inc.
He received a master's degree in architecture and a B.S. in arts and design from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Stanley Dueker was the senior project designer and section head for mechanisms and equipment design at Schlumberger, an oilfield services company. He was also a mathematics teacher at Washington University.
He received an engineering degree from Missouri School of Mines.
He passed away in November 2011.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,005 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
