Software co. VP acquires Cypress 4BD
Chet A. Fenner and Mary M. Fenner acquired a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 12303 Preece Court in Cypress from Marc L. Macaluso and Teresa T. Macaluso on April 13.
The Macalusos acquired the home in October 2004. The 6,009-square-foot house was built in 2009. It is located in Longwood Village subdivision.
Chet Fenner is the vice president and treasurer of BMC Software Inc.
He attended Texas A&M University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,074 home sales in Cypress during the past 12 months.
