Kelly Comin and Fabricio Comin sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 18031 Carbridge Drive in West Houston to Jose Alberto on June 6.
The Comins acquired the property in Nov. 1998. The 2,376-square-foot house in the Windsong subdivision was built in 1993. Harris County assessors' office assessed the home value at $125,400.
Kelly Comin has been the assistant principal at Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District since Aug. 2006.
She earned both a master's degree in education and a B.B.A. in business from Sam Houston State University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,388 home sales in West Houston during the past 12 months.
