Mark Eramo and Patricia Eramo have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 17419 W. Mill Village Circle in Cooper Lake for $319,900.

The Eramos acquired the home in July 2000. Claire McCallum of McCallum Realty is the listing agent.

Mark Eramo is the executive vice president of market advisory services at Chemical Market Associates Inc., an independent consulting firm providing analysis, interpretation and dissemination of information to the petrochemicals, plastics, fibers and chlor-alkali industries. He has also served as executive vice president at Olefins.

He earned his bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University.
