The Prices acquired the property in December 2006. The 2,466-square-foot house was built in 2005 in Coles Crossing. Annette Swonke of Re/Max Lakeland is the listing agent.
Mandie Price is the founder and CEO of Gold n' Delicious Tan LLC, an airbrush tanning solutions firm.
