Charles Nguyen Phuoc and Lien K. Dang have listed for sale a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 17322 Heathcrest Court in Cypress for $190,000.

Phuoc and Dang acquired the property in November 2003, the same year the 2,936-square-foot home was built in Cypress Mill Park. Chance Brown of Chance Brown Real Estate LLC is the listing agent.

Phuoc is the director of client operations at Infinity Power Partners LLC, an energy management and consulting firm. He previously served as an energy sales consultant at Kilowatt Partners. Prior to that, he was a manager of client services at Acclaim Energy Advisors. He has also worked as a pricing analyst at Huntsman and as a contract analyst and business analyst at Reliant Energy.

He has a B.S. in political science from the University of Houston.
