Cy-Fair company sued after workplace accident
A Cy-Fair company is being sued over claims it caused a workplace accident at a Harris County Water District project site.
Charles and Robin Lindberg filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, June 6 in the Harris County District Court against Industrial TX Corp., with an office in Cy-Fair, citing negligence.
The Lindbergs say on Jan. 20, 2011, Charles Lindberg sustained serious injuries while working at a Harris County Water District project site. According to the brief, he fell 15 feet because Industrial TX employees improperly installed a ladder, which collapsed under him.
The Lindbergs are seeking damages and court costs. They are being represented in the case by Richmond attorney John Thomisee Jr.
