Cy Creek YMCA holds signups for summer youth volleyball

The Cy Creek YMCA hosts a youth volleyball league for children ages 7-14 years, and registration is now open.

Parents are invited to sign their children up for youth summer volleyball.

The Cy Creek YMCA hosts a youth volleyball league for children ages 7-14 years. Dates for the league are June 30 through Aug. 18.

The YMCA believes youth sports programs encourage core values such as healthy competition rather than rivalry, the value of participation over winning, team building as well as individual development, a positive self-image and a sense of fair play and mutual respect for others, according to the press release. Parents are encouraged to become involved in the league by volunteering to serve as coaches, team parents and officials.
