Cy-Fair contractors blamed for River Oaks worksite accident
A woman is suing Cy-Fair contractors after, she says, she sustained serious injuries at a River Oaks-area worksite.
Anahid Tashenberg filed a lawsuit on Thursday, June 7 in the Harris County District Court against Wee Construction and United Constructors of Texas, in Cy-Fair, citing negligence.
Tashenberg says on June 4, 2010, she sustained various injuries to her back, head, neck and shoulders when a temporary fence, located at the Highland Village Shopping Center in River Oaks, collapsed on top of her. The defendants should have properly maintained the fence to avoid an accident, according to the brief.
Tashenberg is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney S. Loyd Neal III.
