A Cypress man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08 after being arrested on June 8, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 58, was booked on June 9.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a second-degree felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 34-year-old white male lives in Cypress.
