AHA asks you to Go Red this Friday, Feb. 5

The American Heart Association is asking women to show their support for the fight against heart disease in women by wearing red this Friday, Feb. 5. It's part of a movement by AHA to raise awareness about heart disease in women.
If you're all dressed up and looking for something more to do, there are several organizations and businesses around the area looking to help the cause.
Macy's is having a Go Red For Women sale at all their stores. The sale started yesterday and lasts until Sunday, Feb. 7. Get 10 to 20 percent off a number of items. Go here for more information.
Sun & Ski Sports stores will donate 5 percent of store sales to AHA. Customers who wear red will receive $10 off any purchase of $50 or more.
