Cypress Creek Family YMCA to hold gymnastics, sports camps

Children age 5 and older can participate in a gymnastics camp and a sports club camp this summer at Cypress Creek Family YMCA, 19915 S.H. 249, Houston.

Camps include skill progression on equipment and conditioning activities to build strength, flexibility and endurance. Sports included in the sports club camp are volleyball, basketball, soccer and gymnastics. Both camps include arts-and-crafts projects and a snack break.

The gymnastics camps are 1-4 p.m., June 25-28, July 9-12 and Aug. 6-9. The sports club camps are 1-4 p.m. July 23-26 and Aug. 13-16.

The cost is $69 for facility members and $99 for program members.
