Cy-Fair restaurant blamed for cracked tooth
A Cy-Fair restaurant is being sued over claims it injured a customer by serving a twist-tie-contaminated turkey burger.
Linda St. Angelo filed a lawsuit on Thursday, June 21 in the Harris County District Court against Willie's Grill and Icehouse in Cy-Fair, citing negligence.
St. Angelo says on June 24, 2010, she cracked her lower left molar when biting into a turkey burger purchased at Willie's Grill, located at 17492 Northwest Freeway in Cy-Fair. The suit alleges a restaurant employee carelessly placed a large twist-tie in the burger, which caused the break.
