Michaels to open new design concept at Cypress Towne Center

North America's largest arts and crafts specialty retailer is opening a new store in Cypress.

Michaels is scheduled to open a new location in July at the Cypress Towne Center shopping center, 25715 Northwest Freeway, Cypress. The location will feature a new store design focusing on providing creative inspiration, new products and an enhanced shopping experience.

The new store will be 21,970 square feet and employ more than 60 people. A grand-opening celebration will be announced at a later date and feature a card-making event to benefit the local Starlight Children's Foundation.
