Alan Rosen receives key endorsements
One candidate for Harris County constable Precinct 1 picked up some important endorsements in recent days.
Alan Rosen is running in the July 31 Democratic runoff election. During the past week, State Sen. Rodney Ellis and State Rep. Senfronia Thompson offered their support to his effort to win the office.
Rosen also won the endorsement of a former opponent in the race, Grady Castleberry.
"I am convinced that Alan Rosen is committed to managing the Constable's Office in a manner that will address the needs and aspirations of all of the communities in Precinct 1," Thompson said via a press release.
The Precinct 1 Constable's Office executes the county's mental health and juvenile warrants. For details, visit www.hctx.net/conpct1.
