Residents of Copper Springs who refer a friend or family member receive a $250 rent credit.
Copper Springs Apartments will host a pool party from 1-5 p.m. July 14.
The party is for all residents and members of the Copper Springs Chamber of Commerce and includes free food, drinks, a live DJ, contests and giveaways.
