Stabbing at Spring nightclub provokes lawsuit/Cy-Fair club owner named in stabbing case
A Houston man is suing a nightclub, owned by a Cy-Fair woman, over an alleged stabbing in Spring.
Jose Ramirez filed a lawsuit Thursday, June 28 in the Harris County District Court against Eclipse Night Club in Spring.
An unidentified suspect stabbed Ramirez three times while patronizing Eclipse Night Club, located at 962 FM 1960 W. in Spring, on Jan. 8, according to Ramirez. Cy-Fair resident Blanca Velasquez reportedly owns the club.
