Sandlot Sports offers summer baseball, softball camps

Sandlot Sports in Cypress will host baseball and softball camps for children and teens from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 31 to Aug. 2.

The camps will focus on speed, agility and strength training. The camps will introduce the elements of hitting, fielding, pitching, catching and base-running, as well as the mental aspects of the game.

The instructors include current and former players at the college and professional levels, as well as Sandlot Sports instructors.
