Cypress runners complete Magnolia Hill Trail Run 16K

Three runners from Cypress completed the Xterra Magnolia Hill Trail Run 16K on Sunday, July 8, in Navasota.

Bridget Oldenburg, 32, completed the race in 1:33:41, Scott Basinger, 39, crossed the finish line in 1:36:23, and Kevin Roach, 34, took 1:42:24.

A total of 66 runners finished the 16-kilometer race in Magnolia Hill Ranch. The race is the fourth of five races in the 2012 Xterra Texas Trail Run Series.

James Custer, of Oklahoma City, was the men's overall winner with a time of 1:18:14, while Meredith Leva, of Austin, was the women's winner in 1:25:21.
