Impulse Art Inc. sponsoring show featuring young artist Grant Manier
Sixteen-year-old Houston resident Grant Manier is raising awareness about living with autism through his upcoming art exhibit.
Impulse Art Inc. is sponsoring Manier's exhibit, which features award-winning eco-friendly artwork. Manier reduces, reuses and recycles to create his masterpieces using various recycled paper products. Each piece of artwork is created by combining wallpaper, food wrappers, calendars, magazines and puzzles. Many of his creations contain more than 5,000 pieces of recycled paper.
The public is invited to a showing of Manier's art from 6-9 p.m. Aug. 2 at Impulse's studio, located at 15404 FM 529 Road in Houston. Impulse Art is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
