CFSA Football Kickoff Classic Golf Tournament set for August 11

The sixth annual Football Kickoff Class Golf Tournament to benefit the Cy-Fair Sports Association’s football team is slated for Aug. 11. at Longwood Golf Club.

The cost to participate is $125 per player or $500 per foursome if registered before Aug. 3. After that date, the cost is $150 per player or $600 per foursome. The fee covers balls, green fee, a half cart and dinner.

Registration will begin at noon followed by the shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. Trophies will be awarded to the three lowest scoring teams. Dinner and an awards ceremony will follow the tournament. A long drive, putting contest, silent auction, raffle and more also are planned. All proceeds benefit the football program.
